French companies Rift, specialists in on-demand aerial intelligence and ChapsVision, a European leader in data intelligence and agentic AI, have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at taking Europe a step further forward in integrating intelligence capabilities and security requirements.
The collaboration integrates ChapsVision’s communication signal detection, tracking, and analysis technologies into Rift’s long-range drone fleet, enhancing detection, data fusion, and operational capabilities – a sovereign response to security and resilience challenges.
In an evolving situation characterised by threat proliferation and escalation in increasingly complex and uncertain operational environments, defence and security agencies require real-time intelligence tools to deliver actionable insight in a controlled, sovereign framework. The combined expertise of the two companies addresses critical applications ranging from border surveillance to critical infrastructure protection, while simultaneously preserving European digital independence.
By integrating ChapsVision’s suite directly onto its capable UAS, Rift continues to pursue its ambition of establishing Europe’s premier sovereign aerial intelligence network, empowering a wide range of missions in high-risk areas without a need to rely on non-European suppliers. Multi-sensor synergy offers operators a complete operational picture, combining SIGINT and image intelligence to be fed to existing C2 systems.
